The six stages every project moves through, and what happens at each one.
People often ask what actually happens between the first conversation and the day the keys to a finished home are handed back. This is the sequence every project follows.
1. Consult
We start by understanding the space, how you live in it, what you need to store, the look you prefer and an approximate budget. Nothing is designed until these are clear.
2. Design
Space planning, customized designs, material selection and detailed drawings are developed for your review. The design is revised until you approve it — production does not begin on an unapproved drawing.
3. Manufacture
Approved designs move into factory production using the plywood or HDHMR, laminates, finishes and branded hardware named in the approved quotation.
Good to know
The materials in the quotation are the materials in the furniture. Specifications are agreed before manufacturing starts, not discovered afterwards.
4. Quality check
Materials, dimensions, finishes and workmanship are checked at key stages of production so that what leaves the factory matches the approved design.
5. Install
Factory-finished modular furniture is delivered and installed with planned site coordination, alignment and finishing.
6. Handover and support
A final walkthrough and completion check are carried out before handover, followed by applicable product and hardware warranty support.
Why the order matters
Each stage depends on the one before it. Clear requirements make an accurate design; an approved design makes accurate production; accurate production makes installation predictable. Skipping a stage usually shows up later as rework.
If you are planning a project, the most useful thing to bring to the first conversation is a clear picture of how you use your home today.
